I hate to be the one to say this but I don't think the audio used in this video is actually from the video. They clearly cut away from page so you can't see the notes he's playing and there are a few times where plants lips aren't synced with what is being sung. Still sounds awesome but I think it's a doctored performance.

^ It's from the Led Zeppelin DVD that was released a few years ago, so I'm pretty sure it's all authentic. Will give it another watch to be sure though.

edit: it looks real to me.
